Regional Sales Manager

**Job Summary and Objectives(responsibilities)**
- Create the Clinics sales and marketing plan accordingly
- Manage and supervise marketing and sales department including Sales team, Marketing team and Digital Marketing
- Manage digital Marketing and coordinate with agencies
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs & Gather feedback from customers
- Identify the sales targets and achieve it
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing Service to the market.
- Analyzing Marketing and Sales budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales and marketing team meets their quotas and goals.
- Preparing sales and Marketing reports and conducting performance meetings
- Follow up and working closely with the operation managers and clinics heads to achieve their targets
- Increase market share and Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, events, partnerships, networking and social medical,.
- Conducting out door sales activities
- Set up meetings with potential clients and Patterners
- Business development activities - long term sales plans
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales, Team performance and financial data
- Ensure the Quality of the services for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or events
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate, Train and develop team members to achieve better results
- Manage CRM System among Clinics
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
