**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Provide technical support and product expertise to clients, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, products, and regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
