**OFFICER BILLING**:
**_Job Description:_**:
- Create, verify and issue invoices in accordance with the terms of the contract._
- Ensure accurate entry of financial data and customer information into the billing system._
- Greet customers and answer phone calls_
- Provide information on products, services and procedures._
- Organize and maintain client files, contracts and administrative documents._
- Collaborate with the various departments to ensure the updating of data._
- Monitor payments and deadlines_
**_ Job Requirements:_**:
- _Bac +3 in administration, accounting or similar field._
- Prior experience in administrative, billing or customer service roles._
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills._
- Mastery of computer tools_
- Ability to work with precision and meet deadlines._
- Customer service orientation and sense of organization._
