Job description
- Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
- Implementing channel marketing plans set out by the the channel marketing team.
- Working closely with sales teams within partner to train and advise..
- Monthly reporting on sales KPI's within channel partners.
- Working to achieve sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Head.
- Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners.
- Working on cross selling opportunities within the organization. Training on new products and services to all channel partners.
- Meeting end users for presentations and updates on new products and services along with regular follow up.
- Focus markets are Builders & Developers, Retail, Residential, Institutional, Industrial, Commercial and Corporate.

Requirement:
Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within a similar product category and same channel, however not mandatory.

Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.

Strong personal network within the industry. Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.

Professional sales training would be an advantage but ot essential.

Experience 2 years in CCTV or Solar Industry.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
