**Job Title : Policy Admin - Medical Insurance**
**Location : NGI - Head Office**
**Responsibilities**:
- Check all documents received to ensure completion before processing the policy or endorsement.
- Validate documents and perform policy issuance and endorsements in the core system within the agreed turnaround time.
- Manage the portal requests for addition and deletion endorsement within SLA.
- Perform quality control checks on processed policies & endorsements.
- Coordinate with TPAs to issue policy, print cards and endorsements within the agreed time frame.
- Ensures that legislation and compliance has been properly adhered to with regard to policy & Member Details.
- Scrutinize the Health Declaration Form and refer to the Underwriters for risk assessment before enrolment of the members whenever required as per the guidelines.
- Identifying Anti-Selection related request to ensure profitability of Company.
- Establishes and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with Sales team, Clients, TPAs, Brokers and other departments.
- Complete the reconciliation of TPA accounts periodically and report to the stakeholders.
- To Complete the regulatory submissions as per the guidelines
- Identify and notify the system issues/ bugs to the Management and IT.
- Any additional tasks assigned by manager, as per changing business need.
**Qualifications**:
- Educational Attainment / Certifications : Any Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
