**Job description for Receptionist Cum Policy Admin**

1- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

2- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

3- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

4- Helping maintain workplace security

5- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.

6- Preparing meeting and training rooms.

7- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

9- Ensure adherence to laws and policies

10- Scheduling appointments.

11- coordinating your duties between the companies as requested by the management.

12- You will be personally handling the Policy Admin Services dept. to ensure the following:

- Process of the Medical Insurance, Policy Onboarding, and the Administration of our clients’ policies with the company are dealt with accurately, free from errors and within the time frame.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as the person in charge and intervene to resolve problems and ensure the continuity of work whenever challenges are faced.
- Review the SLA (Service level Agreements) in place with suppliers and product providers (insurance companies) and recommend changes or new SLAs to implement and improve the level of service, reduce errors, increase efficiency and achieve sales force, clients’ and company’s satisfaction.
- Secondary function:
13- Support the quotation department, that will include but not limited to:

- 14- coordinate with sales force, clients and insurance companies to obtain and facilitate medical insurance quotation and the like as it might be requested by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
