Business Development for Owners Association

**Job description**
Main Responsibilities
- He/she will possess good understanding of the Jointly Owner Property (JOP) & Property Management (PM) Market in UAE.
- Visit Freehold areas in Dubai to identify under construction buildings and meet with the senior person on site to gather details for the decision makers in the developer’s office to meet and discuss regarding further business opportunities
- Visit areas within other Emirates of UAE to identify business opportunities for JOP or PM management
- This person will be tasked to follow up on leads with developers/banks/investors on the ground in UAE and acquisition of Community Management companies.
- Effective lead generation and credentials pitch, followed by outreach through meetings, calls, communication and follow-up, to maintain and build active pipeline.
- Developing and implementing sales plan to drive external growth. This will include contacting the right divisions/contacts.
- Serving as main contact for investors, landlords/owners and developers.
- Articulate to clients & prospects the benefits of JOP & PM and educate them about new ideas and new ways of thinking.
- Assembling/presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.
- Assist in technical proposals, capability and staffing sections and other areas as appropriate; contribute to the technical approach sections of proposals as required.
- Gain and share understanding of prospect's organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings and decision-making structures and conduct market intelligence and analysis on selected targets and competitors.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively highlight the value proposition of your company's services.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the owners' association industry.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (both are essential).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
