Job Description: As an Owners Association Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management and administration of multiple owners associations within Dubai. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth operation, financial stability, and overall satisfaction of the association members. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for the owner’s association members, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Implement and enforce the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the owner’s association and relevant authorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budgets and financial statements of the owner’s associations, ensuring financial stability and accuracy.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work within the associations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Organize and attend regular owners’ association meetings, preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and contracts.
- Oversee the collection of fees, dues, and other financial obligations from association members, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in legislation related to owners’ associations.
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- KNOWLEDGABLE IN MOLLAK SYSTEM IS A MUST

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in property management or owners association management are highly desirable.
- RERA course certificate is desirable
- At least 3 years experience in owners association management and knowledgeable in MOLLAK SYSTEM
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and owners association governance.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
