Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- **Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification**:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential development opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory environments to inform business strategies.
- **Lead Generation and Relationship Building**:
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients, investors, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and local authorities.
- **Project Proposal and Presentation**:
- Prepare and present compelling project proposals to potential clients, investors, and partners.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to tailor proposals to meet client requirements.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:
- Lead negotiations with clients, investors, and partners to secure favorable terms for property development projects.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Liaise with internal teams, including project management, design, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate client expectations and project requirements effectively to internal stakeholders.
- **Networking and Industry Engagement**:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that enhance the company's position in the property development sector.
- **Strategic Planning and Business Growth**:
- Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies for property development.
- Provide insights into emerging market trends and potential areas for expansion.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, project pipelines, and key performance indicators.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the real estate or property development industry.
- In-depth understanding of property development processes and market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
