We are looking for an HR Executive/HR Coordinator with outstanding communication and administration skills. The HR Executive/HR Coordinator will handle all written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, drawing up HR documents, corresponding with recruitment agencies, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies, and ensuring they comply with labor laws.

To be a successful HR, you should have sound knowledge of labour laws and be willing to regularly revise them. You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. A top HR Executive should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities. You should also be willing to attend workshops and training sessions wherever possible. **And has knowledge and experiece with the DMCC Freezone process.**

**J**ob Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for personnel inquiries.
- Update company policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Process Employment Visas through the DMCC Portal.
- Manage internal arrangements like travel, training sessions, and events.
- Communicate with recruiters and external parties, handling job ads.
- Arrange interviews and correspond with potential employees promptly.
- Update internal databases with new hire details.
- Conduct orientations for new hires, explaining company policies.
- Maintain personnel records, including contracts and leave requests.
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and work days.
- Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information.
- Address employee questions regarding benefits.
- Organize training sessions to enhance job performance if necessary.
- Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Conduct yearly performance appraisals and monitor KPI's.
- Stay informed about UAE labor laws to ensure compliance.
- Supervise employee incentive programs and contribute to recruitment efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in human resources, management, or similar.
- Proven experience in an HR Administrator role with at least 2 years of Experience
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Must be approachable and helpful.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Good ethical judgment.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
