Job Description: HR Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including leave management, administrative tasks, onboarding/offboarding processes, data management, and employee communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update employee leave records accurately and efficiently.Process leave requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding leave entitlements and balances.
- Assist in organizing and executing HR-related events and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Update employee information and generate reports as needed.
- Support the seamless onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and documentation.
- Coordinate exit procedures and ensure all offboarding tasks are completed thoroughly.
- Handle day-to-day HR tasks efficiently and accurately, including employee communications, document processing, and record-keeping.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary assistance in a timely manner.
- Generate and process HR-related documents, such as salary certificates and NOCs.
- Handle GPSSA processing on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate monthly birthday celebrations for employees.
- Work closely with the PRO to coordinate visa and work permit-related matters for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
