Description
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) uses the key levers of price, promotion, and portfolio to drive GP
acceleration. To support AMET’s sustainable profitable growth ambition, the RGM Lead AMET will be
responsible for supporting the markets to build this core capability, embed the RGM tools and processes in our
business rhythm while designing a robust regional governance system. Responsible for End-to-End RGM Process
and results, the RGM lead will ensure in Market teams are trained on the tools and analysis to identify
opportunities on pricing, promotion / customer investment efficiencies and portfolio Mix optimization.
The RGM Lead AMET will coordinate with the regional EMEA Teams and Local markets on all AMET RGM
initiatives, building strong relationships and ensuring Insights are translated into tangible actions to drive
profitability.
Define the RGM toolkit, ensuring tools are continuously reviewed and evolved to maximise effectiveness
- Own the SSA RGM toolkit focusing on continuous improvements and enhancements
- Engage with regional team to drive local tool adaptation
- Drive engagement with the tools through building awareness and strengthening capabilities
- Ensure top-down engagement in critical RGM KPIs
**Embedding RGM : Define the governance model for implementing RGM processes across AMET to ensure**
**continuous review of opportunities to optimize plans and execution.**
- Shape the blueprint and work with markets to tailor to local needs and processes.
- Define how the KPIs should be reviewed, when and by whom within each market to deliver optimal
outcomes.
- Define an optimal meeting and review cadence with all stakeholders (EMEA, AMET Board, Markets)
**Reporting**
- Work with the markets to generate the RGM scorecards, analyze the KPIs and extract insights, identify
actions and track the implementation.
- Define and share an AMET RGM regional scorecard monthly and quarterly
- Support and advice regional team on reporting needs
**Coach in-market teams, supporting capability building, to ensure smooth local RGM roll-out**
- Coach local cross-functional teams on RGM tools and processes and provide structured and dedicated
RGM capability sessions by coaching, mentoring, and shadowing.
- Identify training needs and support delivery
- Advisory and challenger role; able to encourage broad thinking and challenge the status quo; Challenge
thinking to higher levels with outside-in perspective
**Define the priority support areas for RGM and lead the workstreams in partnership with the local market**
**teams**
- Define the RGM market support implementation plan for the cluster, prioritizing the brands & markets
with the biggest impact for the region.
- Lead and coordinate multiple market rollouts in parallel and ensure implementation and track the impact
generation through the identified RGM initiatives.
- Drive insights generation and utilize the data to make pro-active proposals for market consideration.
- Help markets to shape commercially viable strategies driven by consumer insights and focused on driving joint value creation for the company, customer, and consumer.
- Shape the RGM initiative roadmap design and implementation status for local teams to execute.
- Support teams to move from plan to implementation by connecting with internal partners and demonstrating key processes to bring ideas to reality.
- When required, step in to support local team in the execution of RGM analyses, interpretation of the results and proposal of concrete initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
This is a high-profile role working with senior partners so requires deep commercial knowledge (sales, marketing, strategy and
RGM) alongside excellent communication skills. As these roles will be supporting the launch of a new process, the individuals
will need to coach local teams on the key steps and challenge the teams to develop step-changing proposals. Strong organization
and project management capabilities are also required.
This individual will need to liaise with market leads to identify priority support areas and tailoring the support plan to best meet
their needs. They will need to be able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organisation to secure strong engagement
and momentum for the aligned RGM workstreams. They must have a flexible approach to adapt to market needs, but with a
strong drive to secure the strongest outcomes from the working sessions.
