**Regional Sales Manager - CIS, Middle East, Africa**
**Introduction**
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager especially for the countries in CIS, Middle East, Africa, who can step into this newly created role and make an immediate impact on the brands future.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets in the given territory.
- To expand the network in the territory and also to penetrate new markets.
- To constantly assess the competitors activities and to recommend suitable measures to counter.
- To design and implement innovative promotional schemes as may be required by each market.
- To organize necessary training programs for partner’s to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- To attend to all issues concerning dealers/customers and to ensure smooth business transactions.
- To maintain very high level of working relationship with all the customers.
- To attend to all consumer complaints and to take immediate action in coordination with the concerned staff.
- To be responsible for all special assignments given from time to time.
**Experience**
- Experience at least 4+ years in handing sales account among the CIS, Middle East, Africa
- Professional/ knowledgeable in Export Sales
- Preferred one has experience to appoint distributor
- Punctuality is highly required
**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration
