Are you a result-driven professional with a passion for maximizing wholesales revenue? Porsche Middle East & Africa FZE is looking for a talented
Sales Revenue Manager. In this role you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and optimizing Options and Model strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
**Management and further development ofthe business in the PME Region**:
- Actively steering the turnover of I-Options and Exclusive Options while planning, implementing, and controlling the Option business model.
- Support PAG overall strategies in the region by aligning the options business strategy with the company's future strategies (e.g. Luxury strategy).
**Develop, review, adapt and enhance Option Offer Strategy for PME Region in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to optimize commercial**
**contribution for the Option**:
- Steering markets based on predefined targets, monitoring KPIs, and developing action plans in coordination with the regional management team.
- Definition and roll out of innovative concepts to maximize turnover and profits by the improvement of model/derivative mix, standard options,
pre-defined packages, etc as well as creating and executing comprehensive upselling strategies with necessary marketing/incentive budgets.
**Responsible for Option communication and trainings in the PME Region**:
- Developing a regional training concept to improve customer consultation and conducting regular options training sessions for all markets.
- Creating tailored training for PME, importers, and dealers to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the options portfolio.
**Management and support of the Options & Exc. Importer/Customer Consultation Service and special projects**:
- Develop direct customer consultations across PME regional office, dealerships, and customer residences, emphasizing the full product range and
special customization.
- Support importers in personalizing Porsche cars using the EXC product range. Develop and enhance Exclusive Manufaktur Partners' capabilities.
**Manage special and limited-edition cars**:
- Support planning team in distributing special & limited-edition cars.
- Handle and coordinate VIP requests for special and limited cars with the PAG VIP department
**Qualifications

**Essential Criteria**
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, or related field/qualification.
- A strong track record of success within managerial roles, coupled with a minimum of 5 years within the automotive sales function.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities within previous roles, with a focus on inspiring and motivating others to achieve excellence.
- International and GCC Experience as well as in Premium/Luxury brands is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge on Porsche products, including Exclusive options.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strong ability to manage projects, people, and maintain customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office, with attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English. Arabic and/or German is an advantage.
