**_ The Role:_**:
**Oxfam GB is looking for** Roving International Human Resources Business Partner( Transitions). The role provides professional operational HR advice and support to senior managers and human resource staff in countries. The impact of this role is significant within the country/geographic area. The role in collaboration with colleagues in relevant centres of expertise in OGB and the confederation (OI) to Contribute to development of HR strategy and planning, and implements within the stakeholder group.
Ensures the Human Resource ‘hygiene’ factors are understood and performed to a high standard and are consistently checked for their relevance and standards
