Our company is looking for HR knowledge with Accountant who will handle all administrative works such as:

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Processing of employment visa and renewal
- All types of renewal such as license, Ejari, vehicle etc.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, updating employee information, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Prepare monthly payroll by incorporating accurate data of OT, allowances and payments and deductions.
- Prepare Final Settlement after Employee Termination/Resignation as per the law.
- Handling all insurances such as: Group Medical policy, property all risks and public liability, and motor policies etc.
- fast learner and can-do multi-tasking

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field (mandatory)
- Can work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Fast learner and multi-tasker.
- Must be able to join immediately.
