**Key Responsibilities**

**Human Resources (HR)**:
1. **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate orientation programs for new hires.

2. **Employee Records and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

3. **Payroll Processing**:

- Handle payroll calculations, including wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.

4. **Employee Benefits Administration**:

- Coordinate employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

5. **Performance Management**:

- Facilitate performance evaluations, goal setting, and development planning.

6. **Employee Relations**:

- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

7. **Policy Development**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives and legal requirements.

**Accounts**:
1. **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Manage accounts payable (vendor payments) and accounts receivable (customer invoicing).
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments.

2. **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.

3. **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

4. **Budget Monitoring**:

- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.

5. **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct periodic analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

6. **Auditing and Compliance**:

- Liaise with external auditors during financial audits to ensure compliance with auditing standards.

7. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or ERP systems.

8. **Tax Preparation**:

- Assist in tax compliance activities, including filing tax returns and addressing tax inquiries.

9. **Preferred Experience**:

- Familiarity with Odoo software.

**Job Specifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- English proficiency, additional languages a plus
- Key competencies: ethics, punctuality, teamwork
