**What You'll Do**

Cisco EMEA SP team is looking for dedicated and driven individual to join us for Regional Sales Leader role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this vital leadership role at Cisco, you will handle and drive profitable growth of our business with key Service Provider customers in Middle East. You will define strategies, establish targets, and maintain key customer relationships. You will manage the team and budget overseeing strategic key deals, sales incentive targets, and individual performance management targets. You will provide high-touch management at the CxO level to capitalize on key opportunities and partner in developing business solutions. - In this role you will:_
- Operate at the Board level on the client side to build a shared vision for the future state of their relationship with Cisco, and then own the realization of that vision
- Provide professional leadership and coordination of all Cisco client-facing resources
- Identify and address shifts in the Client needs or strategy, driven by external or internal catalysts
- Lead the engagement of multiple Cisco senior executives
- Represent client requirements back into Cisco to drive innovation, solution creation and process change
- Formulate innovative value propositions and business solutions for the client using the broad portfolio of Cisco's Product, Services and Ecosystem Partners
- Run the overall profitability of the client relationship
- Craft sustainable revenue streams with the Client, encompassing products, Consulting Services, and annuity-based service franchises

**Who You'll Work With**

You will use your experience to strategically drive Cisco's end-to-end vision, as well as maintain an in-depth understanding of industry conditions, practices, market opportunities, and customer requirements. In addition to leading "one winning team", you will work closely and with Cisco's most senior executives within Customer Experience and Technology Business Units, and with Cisco's Executive Sales team. This is one of the largest, most visible, and complex roles within EMEA Cisco's Service Provider Sales Organization.

**Who You Are**

Your abilities as communicator and mentor, as well as your understanding of the constantly evolving marketplace are essential to your success in this role. Should you be interested in pursuing this exciting opportunity at Cisco you should come with:

- Around 10 years of Strategic Account Management experience ideally within Service Provider sector, with experience of Growth, Business Transformation and Consulting engagements
- Around 3 years of leadership experience combined with the ability to effectively handle wider resources through influence
- Experience in selling multi-faceted solutions to large, complex organizations within the Service Provider space
- Proven success in leading significant revenue responsibility in addition to overachieving targets to meet financial goals and achieve growth
- Natural ability to build and maintain extensive customer relationships at the Board level
- Strong executive presence; you are polished, politically savvy and you have strong leadership skills in mentoring and developing a sales organization
- University Degree in a computer science, engineering, or business-related field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way
