**Role and Responsibilities**

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:_**
- Support and help implement the BAT Sales Strategic plan and oversee the Dubai/BH Regional Sales Manager team, in conjunction with the EMEAA Head of Sales, to ensure achievement of revenue goals (retention and new business development).
- Support in identifying order intake and revenue objectives by being involved in planning, forecasting and developing annual quotas for the Regional Sale Managers
- Provide accurate and timely revenue and order intake forecasts for the BAT products and services
- Work towards achieving own sales targets for assigned territory.
- Sales Activity - Lead and manage a specific set of assigned accounts; achieve sales target for territory whilst maximizing revenue, retention, and yield; promote and executive on solution sales, ensure customer relationship and satisfaction
- Account Planning - Ensure solid account planning activity (i.e., work with Account Executives, develop retention and growth strategies)
- Develop, lead and motivate a group of Regional Sales Managers, responsible for selling the organizations or services
- Provide guidance and leadership to drive maximum sales revenue and attain corporate objectives.
- In conjunction with the Head of Sales - EMEAA, assign sales territories and set quotas.
- In conjunction with the Head of Sales - EMEAA, determine adequate staffing levels, set and provide revenue metrics data and ensure targets are met
- Maintain retention of pre-existing business year over year, focus of maintaining and achieving an aggressive responsive attitude towards client requests to obtain maximum sales revenues and attain corporate objectives.
- Encourage the team to promote Revenue, Management and Pricing policies that leverage CAE’s entire portfolio of products and services (solution selling). Work with, support and motivate sales team members to achieve employee engagement and safety objectives.

**_ REQUIREMENTS:_**
- Live in the region.
- BA/BS in business management
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
- Possess a positive attitude and views challenges as opportunities to improve company processes.
- Direct business-to-business territory management experience.
- Work effectively in a virtual environment.
- Aptitude to professionally develop and coach team members.
- Documented record of success in establishing and building sustainable relationships.
- Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage customers, costs and growth to meet objectives.
- Aptitude to hire, train, lead and manage a diverse sales team.
- Possess negotiation and conflict resolution skills and proficient in solution-based selling and established closing techniques.
- Proficiency in business-related computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

**PREFERRED**:

- Demonstrates strong knowledge of Civil BAT products.
- Has successfully managed a team of sales performers in the past.
