**About the client**

Our client is a prominent conglomerate in the UAE. it is a locally owned group of companies in transportation, retail FMCG, and Services.

We are looking for an **Emirati Citizen Talent Executive** to join their dynamic team. The hired resource will be responsible for Planning, organizing, and facilitating various talent management activities such as Talent Acquisition, orientation sessions for new employees, Talent Management, etc.

**Key Jobs and Responsibilities**:
**Manpower & Recruitment Planning**
- Support the business HR in preparing the annual manpower acquisition plan and budget
- Support the business HR in deciding the priority recruitment channels for the Business
- Prepare a recruitment database for the Business and feed it into the central database

**Recruitment Administration**
- Ensure effective utilization of the local recruitment quota (nationalization target)
- Assist in releasing recruitment advertisement
- Compile CVs for review by department managers/functional heads within Business
- Coordinate with local recruitment agencies and other preferred recruitment channels
- Coordinate and schedule Recruitment Interviews
- Maintain & track the progress of the process from the date of recruitment to the date of joining
- Coordinate with the Admin manager for airport pickup/accommodation arrangements wherever applicable.

**Talent Management**
- Ensure objective administration of the performance appraisal process and accuracy in feedback collation
- Ensure tracking of performance management and present reports regularly to the management
- Support in recommendation of employees for promotion in a particular year by identifying high performer and high potential employees based on the performance management system outcomes
- Support in introducing Employee Retention/Recognition Programs such as Employee of the Month, Long Service Award etc for the Business

**Employer Brand Communication**
- Support the corporate team in building an employer-of-choice brand to ensure the attraction of worthy talent for the organization
- Maintain relationships with recruitment sources and media

**Culture Building**
- Support HR Business Partners and High performance & leadership manager in planning and drafting an action plan to increase employee engagement for the Business
- Ensure high levels of productivity through enhanced engagement levels

**Qualifications, skills, and competencies required**:

- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of **2 to 4 years of prior experience in Talent executive or Talent Management**:

- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities
