**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Actively seek out new clients and businesses in FMCG, beauty, and technology sectors that require shipping and logistics services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct presentations to potential clients, showcasing the shipping services offered by Far Way Company across FMCG, beauty, and technology products.
- Highlight the company's strengths, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
- **Quotation and Proposal Generation**:

- Prepare and submit detailed and accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements in FMCG, beauty, and technology sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and pricing, to ensure realistic and competitive proposals.
- **Negotiation**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions of shipping contracts, rates, and service levels for products in FMCG, beauty, and technology.
- Address any concerns or objections raised by clients and work towards mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in FMCG, beauty, and technology sectors to ensure repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changes in shipping regulations within FMCG, beauty, and technology industries.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer needs.
- **Documentation**:

- Assist clients in completing and processing the necessary shipping documentation for FMCG, beauty, and technology products.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- **Coordination with Operations Team**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipping processes for products in FMCG, beauty, and technology.
- Communicate client requirements and expectations to the operations team to guarantee service delivery.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates for FMCG, beauty, and technology sectors.
- Analyze sales performance against targets and develop strategies for improvement.
- **Customer Education**:

- Educate clients on shipping best practices, regulations, and any changes that may impact shipments of FMCG, beauty, and technology products.
- Provide guidance on optimizing shipping routes and methods.
- **Adherence to Sales Targets**:

- Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets set by the company for FMCG, beauty, and technology products.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, shipping technologies, and relevant market developments for FMCG, beauty, and technology sectors.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in shipping or logistics roles, specifically dealing with products in FMCG.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, considering the diverse products involved.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align sales initiatives with the unique objectives of trading (export) sectors.
- Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
