**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive orientation experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Coordinate and assist in employee training and development programs.
- Administer benefits programs and address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee events and initiatives to promote team building and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure company policies are in compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in Human Resources in Dubai is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
