As a **Business Development Manager** specializing in events sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of 4sure Events.
- **Business Development**: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the events industry.
- **Product Marketing**: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our event management services and AV rental and production services.
- **Exhibition Sales Agent**: Represent 4sure Events at exhibitions and industry events, showcasing our AV products, and services and generating sales leads.
- **Lead Generation**: Utilize various channels to generate new leads and expand the company's client base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- **AV Productions Expertise**: Leverage your expertise in events technical products, particularly AV production, to offer innovative solutions and exceed client expectations.
**Daily Activities**: Your typical day will involve visiting potential clients and companies, presenting our company profile and services, and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Strong Background **in Events Technical Products: Demonstrated expertise in events technical products, particularly AV production, with a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in events or related industries.
- **Exhibition Experience**: Previous experience participating in and/or organizing exhibitions related to events, with a focus on driving sales and brand awareness.
- **CRM Management**: Proficiency in client database management and CRM systems to effectively track leads, manage client interactions, and drive sales pipeline activities.
**Additional Requirements**:
U.A.E. Driving License: Mandatory requirement for this role due to the nature of client visits and business development activities.
Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in Urdu/Hindi is an advantage, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
