As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our agency. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase our client portfolio. Your expertise in the UAE event staffing industry will be crucial in understanding market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Growth**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business development and client acquisition.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and connect with potential clients.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and client servicing teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 - 3 years in an event staffing agency in the UAE.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the UAE event staffing market, including trends, key players, and client needs.
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive approach to identifying and solving client needs and challenges.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- **Language**: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- **Location**: Must be based in Dubai, with the ability to travel within the UAE as needed.
