**Job Title**: HR & Office Manager (Arabic Female/Only Immediate joiners)
**Location**: Dubai
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Human Resources:_
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues as they arise with tact and confidentiality.
- Administer benefits, payroll, and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance review processes and support managers with employee development plans.
- Office Management:_
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive working environment.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and other activities, both virtual and in-person.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, building management, and service providers.
- Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR and office management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
