**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our tour packages through B2B channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports
- Act as a point of contact and frequently available for Agents

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales in the tourism industry is a must
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel and visit outdoor locations
- Knowledge of the local tourism market
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings, as per business requirements
