Eagle Star Metalic Furniture Ind LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily production operations for custom and standard stainless-steel furniture, primarily for the medical sector. This role requires a deep understanding of design, estimation, fabrication processes, and project management, along with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients. The Operations Manager will ensure smooth production, maintain high-quality standards, and guarantee on-time delivery while optimizing costs and improving overall operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production & Operations Management**:

- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day production activities, including CNC laser cutting, sheet/tube bending, welding, fabrication, polishing, and final assembly of medical furniture products.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs without compromising quality.
- Resource Allocation & Team Management: Lead a team of production staff, assigning tasks based on workload, expertise, and project deadlines. Ensure all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Production Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules, balancing customer demand with resource availability to meet delivery deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of all production machinery and ensure that they are operating at optimal capacity.

**Estimation & Cost Control**:

- Estimation Management: Collaborate with the estimation team to accurately calculate material costs, labor hours, machine hours, and overhead for each project, ensuring precise quotations and profitability.
- Cost Control: Monitor operational costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining product quality and meeting deadlines.

**Design & Quality Control**:

- Design Review: Work closely with the design department to ensure all drawings and fabrication plans are accurate and feasible, allowing for efficient production.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards throughout the production process, from raw material procurement to the final product. Implement checks and audits at critical stages of production.

**Client Relations & Project Management**:

- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production process, from initial inquiries to post-installation support. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status.
- Installation Coordination: Oversee the logistics of product installation at client sites, ensuring all necessary resources (including MEP support) are coordinated. Ensure installations are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that production timelines, budget constraints, and client specifications are consistently met.

**Standard Operational Responsibilities**:

- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement and inventory management of raw materials, ensuring materials are available for production without overstocking. Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing and production activities comply with health and safety regulations, implementing preventive measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, costs, and efficiency. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of operations, including process optimization, employee training, and customer satisfaction.

**Client Relations & Customer Satisfaction**:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Provide regular updates, address any issues or concerns promptly, and ensure clients are satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the delivered products.
- After-Sales Support: Ensure that after-sales services, such as maintenance, repairs, or additional installations, are coordinated efficiently to uphold the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Proven Experience in Manufacturing: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing operations in a stainless-steel manufacturing environment, preferably producing medical furniture or similar customized products.
