**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum of **10 years of Customer Success management experience in a multi-cultural environment.**:

- Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Possess deep knowledge of the Gulf market and customer base.
- Comfortably collaborate with an international team of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Have extensive experience in** SaaS environments**, including managing teams, account management, and deal closure.
- Lead business development efforts, including account planning, expansion strategies, and supporting sales cycles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the local team to achieve established objectives for upsell, cross-sell, and churn, ensuring the highest service quality standards.
- Demonstrate leadership and possess a winning personality.
- Drive business outcomes with a focus on upsell, cross-sell, churn reduction, downsell, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Utilize strong project management skills.
- Be operationally adept, capable of resolving customer issues and providing innovative solutions.
- Deliver excellent presentations and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Provide project management assistance.
- Exhibit strong leadership and management capabilities.
