Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the GCC market for ceramic tiles.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including establishing relationships with key clients, architects, designers, contractors, and distributors.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and motivation to achieve collective and individual goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, adapting our product offerings and strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to network, showcase our products, and stay abreast of market developments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new business and secure projects.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the ceramic tiles, construction materials, or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully penetrating new markets, expanding customer base, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Deep understanding of the GCC market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region as needed.
