We are Looking for HR Generalist,
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR activities and processes
- Manage the DHA licensing process for healthcare staff
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare HR
- Knowledge of DHA licensing process is mandatory
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be Available for Immidiate Joining
**Location**: Al Barsha, Dubai
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
