We are looking for an innovative business coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes our clients “Satisfied”. You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept. The goal is to follow up with SAP ARIBA, ADERP, and all client's portals for registration purposes so can lead the marketing team to the next step of providing our

branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.

**Responsibilities**:
provide administrative support for a company.

Coordinate efforts between different departments

Take part in meetings, travel between offices, and take on any other support tasks necessary to keep the business functioning smoothly.

Duties such as office coordination, scheduling meetings, preparing quotations, and following up with PO ( Letter of Purchase orders)

Verbal and written communication.

Computer and technical skills.

Typing and note-taking.

Organized and well communicate with the team

Super attention to detail.

Key skills for a coordinator?

Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Team management and leadership skills.

Teamwork and collaboration.

Oral and written communications skills

well experienced with SAP ARIBA, ADERP, MOF

Demonstrable business coordination tasks skills
