We are seeking an energetic Channel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for targeting partners, managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth directly and through channel partnerships, executing channel strategies, and identifying market growth opportunities.
**As a Channel Sales Manager, your daily workload might include**:
- Identify and target partners across the defined growth region & initiate opportunities for FOCAL.
- Manage customer relationships in accordance with the territory segregation / assignment.
- Contribute to the development of a robust channel landscape to drive business growth.
- Ensure the success of partners within the assigned territory, providing necessary guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other Business Development Managers to streamline and expedite a seamless sales process.
- Execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new market opportunities and optimise channel strategies.
- Build a strong pipeline of projects across growth region, anticipate future market demands, & set the organisation up to success
- Maintain reporting and hygiene on CRM.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or any other related field.
- 5+ years of experience in channel management and/or business development.
- 3+ years experience in financial crime and compliance.
- ACAMS certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful channel partnerships.
- Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to and manage complex and senior relationships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Must be Humble, Excellent, Relevant with a high sense of Ownership.
- Must be able to travel.
