We are looking for our next Client Coordinator who will be coordinating with European clients on a daily basis and giving the best customer experience performing below job **responsibilities**:

- Initiate the introduction call with existing clients for feedback and update and identify if they require additional support and assistance.
- Contact clients to request for feedback and assess their satisfaction, reinforce the relationship with the client and provide solutions to ensure repeat business. Update HubSpot and Excel sheet accordingly.
- Contact French clients when the Finance/Admin teams request translation. Join the Manager in Bank meetings and WhatsApp groups if French speaker is required.
- Hold office meeting with clients, solve complaints and provide solutions.
- Managing office calendars and arrange meeting rooms.
- Screen and receive calls directed from the website and diverted from the Sales team, collect prospects’ contact details, transfer to the relevant department and raise a daily report to the CEO.
- Working with different Business partners as per the need and update the related files.
