Call Center Operator

**1. Call Center Operator Job Summary**
1.1. You will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, process the orders into system, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information about product and company. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online and over the phone. You will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
**2. Job Duties and Responsibilities**
2.2. Place customer orders in the computer system. Think creatively and propose alternative solutions to customers
2.3. Manage and resolve customer complaints
2.4. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
2.5. Provide product and service information to customers
2.6. Research required information using available resources
2.7. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
2.8. Route calls to appropriate resources
2.9. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
2.10. Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
2.11. Follow up with B2B or B2C orders.
2.12. Upsell products and services
2.13. Complete call logs and reports
3. **Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:
**3.1. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge**
3.1.1.High school diploma or equivalent
3.1.2.Excellent knowledge of MS Office
3.1.4.Knowledge in ADOBE Photo Shop is a plus
**3.2. Minimum Experience**
3.2.1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center field
3.2.2. Experience in Delivery Order taking in any F&B set up is preferred
**3.3. Job Specifics Skills and Behavioral Competencies**
3.3.1. Good English communication skills both written an oral
3.3.2. Excellent data entry and typing skills
3.3.3. Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
3.3.4. Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
3.3.5. Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
3.3.6. Good interpersonal skills, displaying confidence, and ability to work with others without conflicts.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
