**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of the **Abu Dhabi market** and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication skills in **Arabic (mandatory)** and English.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of creating project submittals is a **plus**.
