Showroom Helper

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Assistance**:

- Welcome customers and assist them in locating products.
- Provide basic product information or direct them to sales staff for further details.
- Support customers in carrying and loading products when needed.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:

- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Arrange and replenish product displays as per the company’s guidelines.
- Ensure all product labels and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Stock Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the showroom supervisor.
- Assist in unpacking and arranging new stock deliveries.
- Perform regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- **Team Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare for customer visits or events.
- Assist with minor tasks such as setting up displays or promotional materials.
- Support administrative duties like recording sales or organizing receipts when required.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Follow company guidelines for safety and handling of products.
- Ensure showroom safety standards are met by reporting hazards or maintenance needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in retail, showroom assistance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of doors and door hardware is an advantage but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to lift and carry light to medium-weight items.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month
