Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the management team.
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
2. Payroll Management:
- Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
- Handle payroll-related queries and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
3. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
4. Marketing Support:
- Coordinate and assist with marketing activities, such as social media management, content creation, and event planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
5. Accounting Assistance:
- Support basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.
6. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Draft and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle customer and vendor inquiries with professionalism.
7. Record Keeping and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, payroll documentation, and other administrative files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role with exposure to payroll, recruitment, marketing, and accounting.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and payroll/accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
