FEMALE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/EXECUTIVE (APPLY WITH LATEST PICTURE ONLY -IMMEDIATE JOINING)
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent skills with computers (knowledgeable in MS this Word, Excel and Photoshop)
- Fast-learner, Organized and keen attention to details.
- Processing, preparing, Filing of Invoices, Quotations, PO, Delivery Notes & keeping a systematic track
- Arrange local product deliveries & courier bookings.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- To provide other general administrative services and/or secretarial support.
- Manage HR and Company matters including and not limited to, preparing and maintaining team HR files, preparing and maintaining company files, keeping track of expiration dates and renewals, preparing and maintaining insurance needs, and so forth.
- Maintaining petty cash, making payments and following up on receivables.
- Able to multitask, should be Resourceful and should establish good working relationship with clients, ability to communicate with clarity
- Managing the office operations such as attending to phone calls, document filing, etc
- Support the team in providing documents needed
- Primary source of contact for customers as well as teammates.
- Managing Vendor and supplier registrations and renewals.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
