Kings Auto Garage is a leading automotive service centre dedicated to providing top-notch car maintenance and repair services. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction, professionalism, and excellence in automotive care. We are seeking a talented and motivated Female Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
As a Female Receptionist / Secretary at Kings Auto Garage, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support throughout their automotive service journey. You will be the face of our company, acting as a liaison between our customers and our skilled technicians.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on automotive services and repairs in leasing with the service supervisors and managers
- Schedule appointments and manage the service bay's workflow.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear and detailed estimates for services and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service area.
- Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends and technologies.
- Replaying messages in Meta platforms and messengers
- Call and receive customer calls.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as an Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.
- A passion for cars and a desire to learn about the automotive industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a self-motivated team player.
- Comfortable using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
