**Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) Category** is a fast-growing business, bringing together our Hair and Skin Care categories as one of the 5 BGs for Unilever with 20% of TO (~10B Eu in 2021) and 25% of Profit contribution to Unilever. Beauty is a 285+ B Eu market with 5-6% growth. **Job Purpose**

This role is part of the central marketing team (CMO team) within B&W Arabia Business Unit driving portfolio, strategy, and innovation for Skin Care. The number of countries and the diversity of the population provide a unique opportunity in the growing and sizeable business of Middle East (Arabia)

**What will your main responsibilities be**

Assist the Innovation lead in driving the portfolio and innovation deployment for each brand across the relevant markets:

- Help define the strategy into action for GAL, Ponds and Vaseline.
- Individually lead the innovation & renovation projects deployment working with the cross-functional team (incl BG teams, local marketing, R&D, SC, procurement, finance, etc). Follow innovation governance, owning the project network with full accountability.
- Localise global projects and adapt them to the needs of Arabian Consumer.
- If needed, adapt media assets to the needs of relevant markets assisted by the BU teams.
- Develop in-depth understanding of the relevant markets, needs and the business environment.
- Be the first point of contact for all markets and cross-functional teams for the Innovation projects.

**What you need to success**:
**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- 3 - 5 Years experience in Marketing.
- Proficiency in English is Mandatory and Arabic Language is a plus.
- Experience in Brand Development is a plus.
- Passion for Beauty and Skin Care, naturally curious.
- Adept to lead cross functional teams - with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A natural Project leader is essential with experience on project management and in leading and influencing cross-functional team to deliver projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as well as demonstrating real ownership and accountability.
- A positive ‘can do’ mindset who is solution oriented.
- Structured and organized mind who sees value in having efficient processes.
- Analytical skills to be able to extract and analyse data and turn them into business recommendations.
