**Job Overview**:
As a Forex and CFD Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our financial products, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, staying informed about market trends, and providing clients with insights and guidance.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:
Identify and prospect potential clients interested in Forex and CFD trading.

Organize and participate in presentations, webinars, and events to attract new clients.

**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Provide education and information about Forex and CFD markets to clients.

Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

**Sales Target**:
Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Keep track of sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

**Market Research**:
Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events affecting Forex and CFD markets.

Analyze competitors and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Educate clients on risk management practices and promote responsible trading.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial industry.

Knowledge of Forex and CFD markets is a plus.

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Familiarity with trading platforms and financial instruments.

**Technology**:
Proficiency in using CRM software, trading platforms, and other relevant tools.
