**Job Overview**:
As a Forex and CFD Customer Support Specialist focused on retention, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. You will address their inquiries, concerns, and provide guidance to enhance their trading experience. The goal is to ensure client satisfaction, promote loyalty, and reduce churn.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.

**Issue Resolution**:
Address client inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and ensure client satisfaction.

**Education and Guidance**:
Provide education and guidance on trading strategies, market trends, and risk management to enhance client knowledge and confidence.

Conduct training sessions or webinars to empower clients with relevant information.

**Retention Strategies**:
Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce client churn.

Identify at-risk clients and implement targeted measures to retain their business.

**Feedback Collection**:
Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.

Analyze feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align customer support efforts with overall business goals.

Share insights from client interactions to contribute to product and service improvements.

**Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all customer interactions.

Stay informed about changes in regulations and update clients accordingly.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the Forex and CFD industry.

Knowledge of trading platforms and financial instruments.

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to empathize with clients and understand their perspective.

**Technology**:
Familiarity with CRM software, trading platforms, and other customer support tools.

**Adaptability**:
