**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the retail market segment.
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on CFD and Forex trading products, including market analysis, risk management, and trading strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the features and benefits of our trading platform and services.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and compliance with industry regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in retail sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on CFD and Forex trading.
- Strong understanding of CFD and Forex trading products, including market dynamics, trading platforms, and risk management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
