Secretary Accountant

We are looking Female Secretory cum Accountant for our Maintenance company to handle the following tasks; Should have UAE experience in maintenance/real-estate or construction company.
**Responsibilities**:
Secretarial Duties:
- Welcome visitors and clients, handle inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
- Prepare and distribute memos, meeting agendas, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records using XERO accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Handle payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, and tax payments.
- VAT & Corporate Tax knowledge
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Stay updated on relevant industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to executives or managers as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
