Accountant Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including:
- General ledger maintenance
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing
- Financial reporting
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the management team, including:
- Diary management
- Meeting coordination
- Document preparation
- Travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC region
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
