We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Assistant Finance Officer. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Finance Officer will play a key role in supporting various financial activities essential to the smooth operation of our resort.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- **Invoice Processing**: Process invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as necessary to resolve any discrepancies.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets. Track expenses and provide regular reports to management on budget variances.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses as required by management and regulatory authorities.
- **Payroll Support**: Support payroll processing activities, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation. Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
- **Assist Finance Manager**: Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance Manager as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

How to Apply:
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
