About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team in our Dubai office. We’re seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game

What You'll Do:
- Managing team of Sales Development Representatives- Coaching reps on strategy and technique- Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit- Working with Regional Directors and Managers Corporate Sales on territory development- Work with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners

What You’ll Need:
- Experience as a team lead or manager of a frontline sales team- Closing experience for a technology company preferred- Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO- Track record of leading a successful team- Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment- Understands the cybersecurity landscape- Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate- Project manager experience is a plus

Bonus Points:
- Security and/or SaaS Sales experience a plus- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly
