**JOB SUMMARY**:
The HR Executive holds a pivotal role in managing the comprehensive spectrum of Human Resources functions within the organization. This encompasses recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training and development initiatives, and performance management. Ensuring adherence to legal mandates and industry benchmarks, the HR Executive contributes significantly to the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

In addition to standard HR responsibilities, the HR Executive is in charge of the monthly assignment of schedules to sales staff, meticulously ensuring coverage across all locations while minimizing disruptions to business operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. **Strategic HR Leadership**: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that harmonize with organizational goals.

2. **Recruitment Management**: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, guaranteeing the acquisition of top talent to support business objectives.

3. **Employee Lifecycle Coordination**:Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, facilitating smooth transitions while upholding compliance standards.

4. **HR Policy Guidance**: Provide comprehensive guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to foster a compliant and supportive work environment.

5. **Compensation and Benefits Administration**: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and leave management, ensuring fairness and compliance.

6. **Training and Development**: Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and engagement across the workforce.

7. **Performance Management**: Oversee performance appraisal processes, driving continuous improvement through goal setting and feedback mechanisms.

8. **Employee Relations**: Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, promoting a positive and respectful workplace culture.

9. **Legal Compliance**: Stay abreast of legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring HR policies and procedures adhere to applicable laws and standards.

10. **HRIS Management**: Ensure the smooth operation of the HR Information System (HRIS), maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and security.

11. **Process Enhancement**: Develop and implement processes to optimize accuracy within the Company, enhancing operational efficiency.

12. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues, collaborating with IT and other departments to resolve issues promptly.

13. **Reporting and Analysis**: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making, leveraging data insights for strategic planning.

14. **System Enhancement**: Collaborate with the IT team to identify opportunities for system enhancements and upgrades to meet evolving business needs.

15. **Compliance Management**: Monitor and maintain compliance with HR data privacy and security laws, regulations, and industry standards.

16. **Documentation and Communication**: Document and communicate policies and procedures ensuring clarity and consistency.

17. **Sales Staff Scheduling**: Monthly assignment of schedules to sales staff, ensuring coverage across all locations while minimizing disruptions to business operations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, legal compliance requirements, and UAE Labor Law.
- Proficiency in HR processes and data management, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with system implementation and project management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
