**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information on shipments and services.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Contact the main lines, freight forwarders and co-loaders for pricing.
- Perform end to end service for all the assigned enquiries (Air freight - Sea freight - Land transportation )
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
