Job Title: Accountant / Receptionist
Reports To: Managing Director
Visa Status: Own/Husband Visa
Employment Type: Full-time
**PRIMARY PURPOSE**
To be able to perform the Duties and Responsibilities of an Accountant and General Office Administration.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Accounting (50%)**
1) Prepare Tax Invoices and Payment Receipts and ensure that payments are received on time.
2) Ensure that all Accounts Payables have Invoices and Vendors are paid on time.
3) Input Revenues and Expenses correctly in the Company’s Tally database.
4) Prepare the Company’s Quarterly VAT Reports.
5) Maintain filing for Invoices, Payment Receipts and other related documents.
**General Office Administration (50%)**
1) Handles reception duties including telephone answering, routing calls as necessary, greet Clients and Visitors with a positive attitude.
2) Handles general administrative duties, including, but not limited to:
- Managing supply inventory and procurement
- Filing of Employee and Client Files
- Photocopying
3) Assisting Colleagues with Administrative Tasks.
4) Performing ad-hoc Administrative Duties.
**DESIRED SKILLS**
- Adopt Microsoft Office Suites (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Knowledgeable in Tally ERP Software.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks.
- Analytical and has excellent communication skills in English. Arabic language is an advantage but not required.
